Question 2: | What is the difference between a "Free" and a "Premium" account? |
| The differences between Free and Premium accounts are as follows: A Premium account gives you a Personal Web Address where only your listings will appear.A Premium account gives you 10 personal listings. A Free account has a limit of 3 personal listings.Premium account listings are denoted by a red star and are listed first in search results; Free account listings are displayed last.A Premium account allows you to upload a photo of your rental property. This feature is not available for Free accounts.Members with Premium accounts are able to act as "Agents" and represent listings of other members.Members with Premium accounts can see the number of times a listing has been viewed.

| Once you have successfully confirmed your free account, you will be able to upgrade to a Premium Account. (From the Control Panel) Click the "Upgrade" icon, located on the upper right side of the screen, beneath the "TOS" button.You will be presented with a list of available upgrade options.At this time, all payments are accepted through PayPal on a secure server.

Question 4: | How can I direct people to my specific listing? |
| Premium Accounts: use your Personal Web Address (http://www.RentMySpot.Com/{YOUR_USERNAME})
Standard Accounts:You can direct someone to your listing by giving them the Catalog ID number of your listing. The Catalog ID will look something like RMS-TH-20 or RMS-A-20. You can find this number in your list of property listings in the control panel. This number is also available via clicking the "View Listing" eye icon. To search by Catalog ID, go to www.RentMySpot.Com and enter the Catalog ID at the top of the search form. Then click the Search button. No other information is needed for a search.

Question 5: | Can I post my RentMySpot.Com Personal Web Address on other Web Sites? |
| You may RESPONSIBLY use your RentMySpot.Com Personal Web Address to promote your rental listings. At times this may include posting to other web sites (where posting of on-topic URLs is welcomed), HOWEVER, you MAY NOT SPAM others with your Personal Web Address. Accounts found to be engaged in spamming will be terminated. In other words, don't e-mail your RentMySpot.Com Personal Web Address to a zillion unsuspecting souls. This is a clear example of abuse.

Question 6: | PHOTO: How can I post a picture or photo of my property? |
| Members with Premium accounts may add photographs to their listings. Photo files must be 100Kb or less in size, and must be in jpeg (.jpg) format. (From the Control Panel) After you have successfully posted your listing, click either the "Edit Listing" icon or the "Add Photo" icon.A form with your listing information will appear. Click the "browse" button near the top of this form to locate the photo file you wish to upload.When you are finished, click the "update" button at the bottom of the form. If the upload was not successful, you will receive an error message, and will be given another opportunity to upload your photo.

Question 7: | I want my Realtor or Leasing Agent to represent my listing, how do I do this? |
| If your Agent of choice is a RentMySpot.Com member, then you may "designate" your agent as the representative for your listing; If your agent is not yet a RentMySpot.Com member, you are given the opportunity to invite your agent to join. (From the Control Panel) Click the "Edit Listing" icon.A form with your listing information will appear. Click the "Designate Agent" button on the upper right side of the form.You will be prompted for your agent's e-mail address.If your agent is not yet a member of RentMySpot.Com, you are given a chance to send an invitation to your agent.If you are successful in locating and selecting your agent, an e-mail notice is sent to your agent (and cc'd to you) to alert them of your request for representation.Be advised that at this point, your agent's name and phone number are displayed on your listing in place of your own.

| To allow your clients to designate you as their agent: (From the Control Panel) Click the "My Account" icon.In the upper left corner of the form, find "I'm An Agent" and select "Yes".Enter the name of Real Estate or Leasing Company with which you're affiliated in the "Organization" field. (This field is NOT optional for agents.)Click the "Update" button. Your clients will be able to designate you as their agent upon successfully updating your account.

Set the status to "Occupied", and click the "Update" button.When your property becomes available for rent again, follow the above steps, but set the status to "Available".

Question 10: | I'm an agent. My account has a limit of 10 listings, but I have a lot more than 10 clients that I have to represent. What do I do? |
| As an agent, you may have an unlimited number of "client listings". Client listings do not count against your Personal listings. Personal listings are listings that you yourself post to RentMySpot.Com, whereas Client listings are posted by other RentMySpot.Com members.

Question 11: | I have an agent representing my listing now, but I now want to either change agents or represent the listing myself. How do I resume control of my listing? |
| To reclaim your listing, do the following: (From the Control Panel) Click the "Edit Listing" icon.A form with your listing information will appear. Click the "Reclaim Listing" button at the top right side of the form". A notice will be sent to the former agent stating that you have resumed representation of the listing.Be advised that at this point, your Name and Phone number will appear on your listing in place of your former agent's name and phone number.

Question 12: | I'm an agent. How do I return control of a client listing back to my client? |

| Don't panic. In most cases, clicking the "Personal" button next to the "Display Listings:" label will resolve this problem. If your control panel was set to display "Managed" listings only (for example, if you had clicked the "Managed" button), and you reclaimed all of your managed listings (or if your agent released them back to you) it might appear as if all your listings have disappeared.

Question 15: | I forgot what my password is! Now what do I do? |
| If you have forgotten your password, click the word "Here" in the sentence "Forgot Your Password? Click Here" that appears under the "Log in" button. You will need to know your username, the e-mail address you used to create this account, and the response to the secret question you provided when you signed up for the account. For security purposes, the response is case-sensitive.When you have successfully answered your secret question, you will be prompted to supply a new password.Your new password will be immediately active.Log in to your account with your new password.

Question 16: | I'm an agent. What happens if I change agencies or if my agency merges with another company? |
| From time to time agents may change companies. Simply log into your RentMySpot.Com Control Panel, click the "My Account" icon, and change the name of your organization. If you are unable to represent any client listings since your change of organizations, you may release your client listings (see Question #11).

| You can now downgrade your Premium RentMySpot.Com account to a Standard RentMySpot.Com account by simply cancelling your RentMySpot.Com Paypal subscription. Many members feel that this is an excellent way of maintaining your account and listings after your property has been rented. Things to remember when downgrading: You can always upgrade your account again at another time.If you have more listings than allowed for a Standard account, you will not be able to add any additional listings.If you registered as an Agent, control of any managed listings would be returned to the original listing owners.Any listing photos will be removed, except for those photos uploaded by your agent, if your listing is being managed by an agent.

Question 18: | How can I tell if people are looking at my listing? |
| Each time a person clicks the "View Listing" eye icon for a given listing, the "Hit" count for that listing increases. RentMySpot.Com members with Premium Accounts will be able to see the number of "Hits" for their listings upon logging into the Control Panel. Clicking the "View Listing" eye icon from the Control Panel shows the number of hits since the last time the hit count was cleared, and the date of the last viewing if there are any hits.Premium members can reset or clear the hit count of a listing by editing the listing, checking the "Clear Hit Count" checkbox, and clicking the Update button. These can be found at the top of the form above the "Upload Photo" field.
